The problem is how to remain an artist when he grows up.’  \nOur inaugural Heart Festival will offer a variety of healing arts designed to nurture your body mind and soul: \nDANCE THERAPY : As Osho beautifully stated\, “”There’s nothing more miraculous for meditation than dancing. Dance so deeply that you completely forget about who you think you are”” Dancing freely and naturally releases physical and emotional tensions\, creating space for creativity\, joy\, and deep connection \nTHERAPEUTIC THEATRE: Through a variety of dramatic techniques\, scenes\, and group dynamics\, participants embark on a healing journey of transformation and self-empowerment. \nART THERAPY – exploring self-expression and gain personal insight through activities such as painting\, collage\, colouring\, and drawing\, designed to unlock your creativity and process emotions in an artful manner. \nTANTRA\, is a healing art that promotes utmost reverence for the body in all its dimensions—physical\, mental\, emotional\, sexual\, and spiritual. It advocates the celebration of the senses through active meditations and heart-opening practices. It teaches you to honor and appreciate you and your body unconditionally\, fostering a deep sense of self-love and self-intimacy.
