It is well known that geomagnetic field line resonances generate a range of resonant frequencies that directly overlay those of the human brain\, autonomic nervous system (ANS)\, and cardiovascular system. We will tap into this natural resonant process to help you experience this powerful state of being. \nThe journey \nWe will create sacred space together and be guided into relaxation and stillness with a binaural frequency sound immersion to ground and promote natural endorphins. The journey will seamlessly lead us into exploring movement and dance. It will be an opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself\, your body\, each other\, the sound and the rhythms. \nThe journey is complemented by immersive visuals which have been created\nin collaboration with Wolf and Bird. \nIt is important for us to start and end the evening together.
