The Retreat will take place at Quinta Marugo from 22 October till 29 October 2024. The total capacity of the retreat will be 14 guests distributed in a total of 7 rooms, all with en-suite bathroom. The main goal of the retreat is to dedicate the whole week to explore different methods and tools to reprogram consciously your mind and your body, in ways that promote wellbeing and serve your personal goals.
Alongside a wide range of these tools from neuromodulation biohacking devices to breathwork, from nutrition to yoga, from kundalini activation to dream interpretation, we will also explore how jewellery combined with intention setting can be used for such a scope and how the use of crystals can have measurable effects on your biology and consciousness.
