Through family tree work, art, creativity, and meditation, we will go beyond words to release what impedes fluidity in relationships and in life.
We will also work on liberating ourselves from the external gaze, shedding the conditioning that prevents us from expressing ourselves authentically.
Guided by Adan Jodorowsky, internationally recognized artist,
producer, director, actor and therapist, this process integrates the knowledge inherited from his father, Alejandro Jodorowsky, with individual and group exercises designed to clear psychological obstacles, achieve mental emptiness, and find deep emotional rest.
